A life with Faith-Determines your success
We as humans have faith in a lot of the every day to day living. We can have faith in some of the smallest things, the big things,
to the craziest things. It amazes me as to how we are able to get through the most difficult times in our life with little to no faith.
According to the word of God not everyone who says they believe has faith. In the verses  below it is explained:

When it comes to Peter having faith in Jesus when he was walking on the water, this is what happened. Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away.  And when He had sent the multitudes away,
He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray.

Now when evening came, He was alone there.
But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary.
Now in the fourth the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea.  And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, ‘It is a ghost!’ And they cried out for fear. But immediately Jesus spoke to them saying, ‘Be of good cheer! It is I: do not be afraid.
And Peter answered Him and said, ‘Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.’  So He said, ‘Come.’  And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.  But when he saw the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, ‘Lord, save me!’
The belief that  Peter had was none in Jesus. Peter was scared. He didn't trust Jesus to walk on the water. Peter's failure is nothing compared to the failure of the other eleven disciples who were still in the boat. I encourage you to read the full story
Matthew 14:22-23.
God says the way up is down. Humble yourself and God will exalt you. They to greatness is by serving others. The key to success from God's standpoint is faithfulness and how you treat other people is important to God. 1 Peter 5:6

Matthew 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Faith is a walk. You have to have the walk of a believer. Life and faith are linked together with peace and tranquility. There is  a
lack of fear with faith. When you become afraid of God’s Word
he will lead you to listen.

The Lord will say: Matthew 14:31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him,
O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

When you have a life of faith you know without a doubt that all things are possible with God. That includes any and everything that you see. Standing on what God says about what you can have and
believing what God says will determine your success in life whatever you choose to do.

Scriptures for faith

This determines your success: Faith. Now faith is the
substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? James 2:20

…........but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Joshua 1:8

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John  10:10

KEEP YOUR EYES ON ME!

Waves of adversity are washing over you, and you feel tempted to give up. As your circumstances consume more and more of your attention, you are losing sight of me. Yet I am with you always, holding you by your right hand. I am fully aware of your situation, and I will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able to bear.

Yet I am always with you, you hold me by my right hand.
~Psalm 73:23

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. ~1 Corinthians 10:13

STOP JUDGING AND EVALUATING YOURSELF
For this is not your role. Above all, stop comparing yourself with other people. This produces feelings of pride or inferiority; sometimes a mixture of both. I lead each of My Children along a path that is uniquely tailor-made for him or her. Comparing is not only wrong; it is also meaningless.
Don’t look for affirmation in the wrong places: your own evaluations or those of others people. The only source of real affirmation is My unconditional Love. Many believers perceive Me as an unappeasable Judge, angrily searching out their faults and failures. Nothing could be further from the truth! I died for your sins, so that I might clothe you in My garments of salvation. This is how I see you: radiant in My robe of righteousness. When I discipline you, it is never in anger or disgust; it is to prepare you for face-to-Face fellowship with Me throughout all eternity. Immerse yourself in My loving Presence. Be receptive to My affirmation, which flows continually from the throne of grace.
“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven.” ~Luke 6:37
Blessing to you!

Ministry For The Soul

Favor Is The Doorway Out Of Yesterday.
“So David said to him, ‘Do not fear, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father's sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your grandfather; and you shall eat bread at my table continually.’”
2 Samuel 9:7 (NKJV)

Very few understand the subject of favor. Many think favor is “luck” or “good fortune” and perhaps even “chance.” They do not understand that we are the determining factor for the favor that comes into our lives. God does not sit up in Heaven and tell Jesus, “Let’s show favor to Jimmy today, but as for Barbara, we are not going to show favor.” He gave us principles by which we can live our lives. Doing those principles increases favor and neglecting to do them decreases favor.

What is favor? Favor is the desire someone has to help you succeed. It is when someone has a desire to participate in your future. We need those who can take us to where we haven’t been. Understand this about favor: it can only come from those who can promote us. We must seek to please those God called us to serve and when we do, we see the favor we need to enter the future we truly desire.
DAILY CONFESSION
Father, I thank You that as Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favor with You and men so do I. I apply the necessary principles to my life that cause the favor I need to come to fruition.

And Jesus answered and said to them, "Truly I say to you, if you have faith, and do not doubt, you shall not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it shall happen.

 Healing From Brokenness

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.—Romans 8:28

Has life ever traumatized you? Just as the body can be traumatized or wounded, so can the psyche, the emotional, and the mental aspects of a person. The wounding of the psyche is real and impacts a person's feelings of security, well-being, and dignity, beliefs around ourselves, and even our will to live.
Jesus feels your sorrows and as your High Priest has a supernatural ability to sympathize with your weaknesses (Hebrews 4:15). He is intimately acquainted with the things that hurt you. Jesus is capable of empathizing completely with your condition and your past wounding. If it bothers you, it bothers Him. If it hurts you, it hurts Him.

Jesus wants to heal every place you hurt. He wants to heal your hurting heart and restore your fractured mind. God wants you to have emotional balance and to raise your self-esteem. He wants you whole in every way.
Trauma changes us. Healing also changes us. In fact, God turns trauma around for our good. What once was so exceedingly painful and horrible can become, by God's power, a driving force that produces positive results! God's ultimate plan for you is always good. He has an appointed time for healing everything negative that you have been through in your past. It doesn't matter what happened, when it happened, or where it happened. He is here to heal you now.

Wounding was an event; healing is a process. And forgiveness is the first step in your healing process. Ask God to forgive you of your sins, including the things you have done to yourself. Also ask God to heal you of what you could not prevent and never deserved. Ask Him to give you the grace to forgive those who have sinned against you and allow the love and acceptance of Jesus to heal your broken heart and make you whole.
The second step in healing is to choose to receive God's forgiveness in your life and move forward. Do not let guilt hold you back from everything God has for you. He forgives you completely, and you need to completely forgive yourself.
Third, as you heal, you will need to bury what is dead. Leave what is "over."
Fourth, in the process of healing, you must get up and go on. Get on with what God has for you! You must decide to say "yes" to the future He holds out to you. Who knows the abundance of life He has designed for you? You won't know unless you rise up and walk toward your future.
